Also known as Bicarb, Bicarbonate of Soda or Baking Soda (not to be confused with Baking Powder which contains other additives and can sometimes include Aluminium). It can be used in conjunction with Citric Acid to make bath bombs, in cooking as a leavening agent, or in deodorant or cleaning product formulations due to its natural odour eliminating properties.
 
It is a pure raising agent and used often in gluten-free cooking.

Great as a cleaning paste for ovens, stainless steel or deodorising and absorbing odors. Does not include any additives; and does not contain aluminium.
