Organic virgin coconut oil is raw and cold pressed. It is also a single origin oil. Organic virgin coconut oil is very heat stable so it makes an excellent cooking and frying oil. It has a subtle coconut aroma and adds a very mild pleasant hint of coconut taste to the food. Because of the natural stability of coconut oils it is slow to oxidize and thus resistant to rancidity, lasting up to two years. 

Because coconut oil is high in natural anti-oxidants, it is not necessary to refrigerate it. Simply keep it in the pantry cupboard. Packed in a beautiful black-lid glass jar which can be cleaned and re-purposed once the product is finished.
